Aim of the Journal
Grain Products and Mixed Fodder’s is a peer-reviewed scientific and practical periodical whose aim is to facilitate effective knowledge exchange among researchers, technologists, manufacturers, and specialists in the grain processing and compound feed industries at both national and international levels. The journal seeks to bridge completed scientific research and the hands-on experience of leading industry enterprises, thereby advancing technological progress, improving product quality, and supporting the sustainable development of the grain business in Ukraine and beyond.
Scope of the Journal
- Dissemination of current research findings — publication of completed studies, analytical reviews, and forecasting materials reflecting the current state and emerging trends in the grain processing and compound feed industries;
- Ensuring publication quality — independent peer review to guarantee the reliability and methodological soundness of all published materials;
- Supporting technological innovation — coverage of new technologies in the production, storage, packaging, and quality control of grain products and compound feeds, including the experience of leading international industry companies;
- Promoting computerisation and automation — sharing knowledge of modern information systems, production process automation tools, and technological line management solutions;
- Addressing environmental challenges — supporting research in the areas of dust suppression, environmental safety of production, and minimisation of industrial impact on the environment;
- Integrating the economic dimension — covering issues of production organisation, economic efficiency, accounting, and auditing of grain processing enterprises;
- International cooperation and openness — developing partnerships with leading industry journals worldwide, attracting authors and subscribers from diverse countries, and supporting comparative research in the context of the global grain market.

- Processes and technology of storage of grain, grain products, feed materials and compound feeds;
- Technologies for the production of grain products, feed additives, premixes and compound feeds;
- Technological, transport and auxiliary equipment for the production of grain products and compound feeds;
- Containers, packaging and packaging technologies for grain products and compound feeds; methods of controlling technological processes;
- Methods and systems of dust removal at grain-processing enterprises;
- Environmental issues in the production of grain products and compound feeds; information retrieval systems for industry-related issues;
- Computerisation and automation of production;
- Problems of organisation and economics of grain product and compound feed production, accounting and auditing, issues and problems of standardisation.
Submissions addressing problems in both developed and less developed countries are welcomed. Articles should make a substantial contribution to the theoretical and / or methodological literature on the issue and contain a strong scientific component.
